Please complete the following form by filling in your certification number (provided by your consultant) and selecting a username and password for the system to identify you by.
Once you're done, click the "continue" button, whereupon you'll be taken to our e-commerce portal to pay your registration fee. Immediately following receipt of payment, you can log in by clicking Consultant Log in at the Consultant Entrance.
NOTE: Your password can be changed at any time but your username is PERMANENT!
